Parent and Tot – Walking to 3 yrs

This 45-minute class is all about movement, bonding, and fun. With a parent by their side, little ones explore basic gymnastics through circuits while climbing, rolling, and bouncing. Along the way, we support early learning with colours, numbers, and letters, and help kids build confidence, coordination, and social skills in a safe, playful environment.

Caregiver participation required. Great for early movers and active toddlers.

Parent and Pre-School

Parent and Preschool – 3 & 4 Yrs

This 1hour class offers a supportive environment where preschoolers, accompanied by a parent, engage in activities that promote running, jumping, balancing, and climbing. Utilizing child-sized gymnastics equipment like the bars, trampoline, foam pit, balance beams, and obstacle-style floor circuits, children develop fundamental movement skills essential for physical literacy. The small group setting also encourages the development of social skills such as listening, taking turns, and following directions, laying a strong foundation for future independent classes.

Child / GymKids

Child 4-5 Yrs (Independent)

This 1 hour class is designed for preschoolers ready to participate without a parent. With a focus on developing physical literacy and basic gymnastics skills, kids explore running, jumping, balancing, and climbing through fun, structured circuits. They’ll use child-friendly equipment like the Tumbl Trak, trampoline, balance beams, and obstacle-style floor circuits. In a supportive setting, children build strength, coordination, and confidence. Coaches may invite athletes showing strong interest and ability to move into advanced or pre-competitive programs.

GymKids – 6-8 Yrs

Our most popular class for a reason! In this one-hour session, kids build on their foundational skills and start spending more time on full-sized equipment like bars and beam. They’ll also work on floor skills like handstands, cartwheels, and rolls – perfect for showing off at school or the park. Tumbl Trak and trampoline time adds extra fun while helping develop strength, coordination, and confidence. Athletes who show strong ability and focus may be invited to advanced or pre-competitive evaluations. These classes fill fast, early registration is recommended!

Youth/Teen

Youth – 8 to 11 Yrs

These 90-minute classes are perfect for both beginners and more experienced gymnasts, since every child progresses at their own pace. Children train with peers their age but work on skills suited to their individual level. Along with gymnastics basics and skill development, we introduce age-appropriate conditioning to help them grow stronger in the gym and in life. Kids use full-sized equipment including bars, rings, balance beams, floor, Tumbl Trak, and trampoline, building coordination, strength, and confidence in every class.

Teen – 12 Yrs & Up

Whether they’re brand new to gymnastics, returning after a break, or looking to stay active in a fun and social setting, this 90-minute class is designed for teens who want flexibility and variety. Athletes work with their coach to set personal goals and focus on the skills they’re most interested in, from basics to more advanced gymnastics. Classes run Monday and Wednesday evenings, and many teens choose to attend both nights for extra practice and progress.
