Recreational Make Up Class Policy

How do I register my child for a makeup class?: All makeup classes must be scheduled and approved with Evolution Gymnastics Front Desk Staff either in person, over the phone, or email before your child misses their class.

When can I use my makeup class?: You can only use a makeup class in the same session that you miss a class. For example, if a class is missed during our Fall Session you have to arrange your makeup to take place during the Fall Session as well.

Which classes can I attend as a make up?: Our makeup classes are only offered for regular recreational  classes in the same age group as your child providing there is space available in the class.  If there is no available class and time, you will be given a pass to Open Gym on Saturdays from 12:15pm-1:15pm.

Will the makeup class be with the same coach?: We can not guarantee that your child will be with their usual coach. Make up classes will only be during regular class times with existing classes.

There is a class scheduled during the time I want but I can’t sign up my child. Why?:  If a class is full we can not add another child. This would affect the coach to child ratio and it is important for us to keep our groups small in order to properly instruct our athletes.

Is there a fee for makeup classes?: As we are offering makeup classes as a courtesy, there is no fee associated with makeup classes.

Is there a limit to the amount of classes my child can makeup?:  For our longer Fall and Spring sessions, we will offer up to two make up classes. For our shorter Winter session, only one makeup class will be offered. For our Summer session, to offer as much flexibility during the holiday season, we offer unlimited makeup (provided spaces are available)

Do I have to sign in when I drop them off for the makeup class?: No need to sign in! When a makeup class is arranged, our front desk staff and coaches are automatically notified and they will be awaiting your arrival.

**Overuse of Makeups negatively affects classes. Please honor the spirit of this privilege and use it only for for illness, holidays, emergencies.
